Privacy policy summary

Information we collect

When you use QAMP we collect some information automatically, such as how you use the site, and some information you give us, such as your account details, trip plans, photos and reviews. We may also receive information from partners or third-party sites you arrive from.

How we use it

We use your information to run and personalise our services, for example to save your trip plans and show your photos on the right campsite. We only use personal data when the law allows us to.

Sharing

Some features require us to share information with service providers, and there may be legal reasons we have to share it. We do not offer services directed to minors, and we delete personal data we learn was sent by someone under 14.

Your choices

You can access, update or close your account from your profile page. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email support@qamp.io.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it for as long as you have an account or as needed for the purposes in the policy, unless the law requires longer. We delete it when the retention period ends or you close your account.

Changes

If we make material changes we will let you know by email, a notice on the site or by posting an updated statement.
